Description:

We are on a hunt for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team to manage our multi-country creative work across online & offline mediumsfor paid and organic activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Pitches creative ideas.
• Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand for client.
• Develop designs for multiple communication channels, like social media or display campaigns, public presentations and communication (including internal and external email campaigns) and other marketing materials.
• Support all the necessary creatives in the day-to-day life of the marketing team (social media, infographics, content, sales materials, banners).
• Direct the creative part of the different actions necessary for marketing (webinars, weekly videos, ebook design, newsletters, and much more).
• Assist the company management in formulating its overall creative direction and design strategy.
• Assist with audience research and develop creative briefs to align creative work with our clients' profiles.
• Collaborate with the product team on the UIUX side of our website.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies.
• A keen eye for details.
• Excellent time management skills and able to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• B2B & B2C experience.
• Good understanding of technology/software industry.
