Job Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel paid& organic advertising position which includes managing paid search and paid social campaigns, making monetary decisions impacting performance and directly influencing the lead-generation (revenue).
  • Create and manage day-to-day online advertising and lead generation campaigns on different social platforms: Facebook, , LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc
  • Run and optimize (SEM, Paid Social, Display/Retargeting, Video, PPC).
  • Implement strategies and best practices to maximize the awareness and quality lead generation for the Company.
  • Implementing lead funnel strategy to nature customers.
  • Present new strategies and marketing platforms to efficiently acquire new clients.
  • Maintain the Digital Marketing Activity Calendar & Budgets to plan and execute all performance marketing initiatives and meet deadlines at all the times.
  • Understand the optimization steps in terms of reaching the right audience, acquiring potential customers & keeping the CAC in control.
  • Measure & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports with insights on campaigns.
  • Increase website traffic and leads through paid and organic searches.
  • Track record on developing and implementing Digital and Social Media strategies and campaigns that have led to community growth and increase in brand awareness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 - 6 years of experience.
  • B2B & B2C experience.
  • SEA (Strategy for Paying for Ads, Paid social, and CMS experience required).
  • Marketing Automation & CRM experience.
  • Good understanding of technology/software industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools.
  • Hands-on experience creating, implementing, and managing email and other content campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of WordPress CMS.
  • Good knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics, landing page creation and management.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Can professionally and efficiently handle Arabic and English languages in work.
